    Ordinary dividend for financial year 2025

    At its February 9, 2026 meeting, the Board of Directors of Kering decided to propose a cash ordinary dividend of €3.00 per share at the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2026, which will vote on the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.

     

    An ordinary interim dividend of €1.25 per share was paid on January 15, 2026. Subject to shareholder approval, the final ordinary dividend of €1.75 per share will be paid on June 4, 2026.

    Exceptional dividend for financial year 2025

    In addition, an exceptional dividend of €1.00 per share will be proposed related to the disposal of Kering Beauté to L'Oréal, expected to be closed in the first semester of 2026.

    The exceptional dividend will be paid once the closing of Kering Beauté is completed and not before June 4, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. 


     

    Dividend for financial year 2024

    The dividend per share for 2024 financial year amounted to €6.00, on which €4 per share was paid on May 7, 2025, in addition to the interim dividend of €2.00 paid on January 16, 2025.

     

     


    To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must hold at least one Kering share on the record date.

    The dividend is automatically paid, without any specific required procedure from the shareholder.

    1. For holders of administered registered shares and bearer shares, your financial intermediary will credit your account according to the number of shares you own.

    2. For holders of ordinary registered shares, Société Générale Securities Services will send to you a letter-check or will wire the amount to your bank account on the date the dividend is paid.
